They need to fix all the elevators. Some were inoperable. The first night we were there a group of people were talking about being stuck for 30 minutes on one and didn’t want us to get on with them. Also the staff needs to give better directions to parking. We ended up in a different parking lot.

First of all, the rooms were hot, and the air conditioning only worked when you were in the room. What made this stay particularly terrible was that the elevators broke down, forcing my boyfriend and me to climb from the second floor all the way to the 18th floor twice. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us for these inconveniences. Additionally, there is no free parking, so you have to pay an extra $25 per day to park your car. in the room, the closet doors were broken. The TV did not work. I was no TV.

Hotel is great in terms of price and meeting your beach needs. I think the surrounding area can be a little rough due to poverty. Not the safest walk alone at night from the boardwalk.

The staff was horrible ill informed rude.i saw roaches in the pool area and the elevator.the tv in room and cable barely worked.They tried to take money from my card it took a day the finally told me it was a mistake I asked for a full refund they didn’t I got videos of the roaches I’m going to post the videos on all my social media platforms and personally tell all my friends and church members.It was very unsafe there anybody walking in out no security They said room service there was none.
