Not many food options inside the hotel. No slots which is a huge bummer. Arcade is alright. The skate rink and the go karts were cool. Mini golf was reasonably priced cash wise but over priced for the arcade card. It’s at the end of the strip so you have to walk to a casino to play slots or to shop and eat. Housekeeping needed reminders to clean but they did great when they came. Room was outdated, no microwave, carpet was really gross and a roach was found on the table. The Wi-Fi is terrible and didn’t reach our room. The elevators never seemed to run smoothly and there was always a massive line to get on them. It is kid friendly for amenities to an extent but they easily get bored of doing the same thing. The entrance to the beach was great though.

Where do I start ?. I had to get my family moved from one of the rooms as it was filthy! i had to get my own toilet paper and toiletries. The sink fell off the counter onto my foot.. yes the sink in the bathroom came out of the hole and onto the floor! I was there for 4 nights and nobody clean the room. Once I moved my family from the second room i had to fight to get a rolling bed as I needed 2 and only 1 was provided. Carpets disgusting, floors and bathroom just absolutely nasty. Lastly if you going there because you have children... dont.. they dont have a pool, most the arcade games are not working and the prices are outrageous. I have pictures and videos to support all these claims.

Don’t book with high expectations!

The room needs updating, the rug is very old, the mattress is too firm, only 2 small pillows provided and the mattress didn’t have a cover. Very disappointed in the room and I traveled with my Mother so I was somewhat embarrassed. The staff is very friendly but the hotel is just too rundown for the same price of other hotels in the area.

A microwave would have made my stay more enjoyable. When you have children and leftovers you need to heat up items. The ice machine were not working.

This property served its purpose for sure. But this hotel is outdated and ran down. The elevator’s are slow and limited and the ice machines didn’t work on any level. The beds were dry rotten and old and extremely uncomfortable. But luckily no bed bugs so that’s a plus. But I would never stay there again.
