I mean hey it's one of the cheaper casinos around. You should know what you're getting. I guess for the price it wasn't bad but it was definitely very dated and lacking in cleanliness in the room. There were people yelling in the hallways all hours of the night and into the morning with absolutely no action taken by staff. Like I said with the price I can't complain and it actually has gotten better than it was a few years ago

The Associate at the check in desk, Leslie was very nice and accomadating. She worked efficiently and professionally. She gave us a room with an ocean view and we didnt request it. The room was clean and the area was very nice. The only thing i didnt like was that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. I was there for one night only. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Probably wouldn’t stay back there.

When we got in the room the bed is not comfortable I’m not sure why they have this metal frame that lay low and creak everytime you get up . Then the fridge kept leaking water all over the floor we had to call room service and a manger twice never told us what was wrong . The shower would clogged up. Our tv bearly worked it kept stopping and buffering so we couldn’t watch tv , log into any of the apps so we didn’t have any television at all. The hallway had a rank smell to it i believe because of the carpet. We stayed in room 119.

Stay was alright couple things that felt needed updating. Had suite very outdating furniture, bed was old could tell also didnt have an actual fitting sheet was just a sheet. Pillows were horrible not even full size.

Clean, friendly but uncomfortable

Great water park, large lobby arcade a bit too loud even on a Sunday morning. I would go again but bring my own pillow and something to charge my phone, no USB outlet in the room. The helicopter shuttles to the Ocean Casino next door is constant.

Had a great stay, Went for kids birthday...Was in a remodel room only thing the water didn't go down in the tub, had to wait 15 minutes for the next person to take a shower.. the water park in arcade was fun the kids had a blast.. will be back soon
