Terrible experience. Had a bug in my hotel room , broken bathroom lights it was dark. Mold in the room and outside the room and they put a huge fan that was loud and facing my hotel room and it wreaked of mold me and my children and baby and husband got sever migraines from inhaling the mold infested air. The staff was extremely rude and not accomadating and would not give us a refund as we tried to leave the hotel that same hour we checked in. There was no staff to assist us for hours and it was overall a traumatizing experience I left my vaca trip early because of this.

Its really a good time really great staff and the restaurants are really expensive but nice, the thing was trying to get a hold of maintenance to have someone pick up our garbage and after waiting for a while they say someone was coming and never made it , having a baby and dirty diapers in the room wasn't fun hahahah!

Eh. The front desk can be nicer. Get ready to spend money for the littlest of things. For instance, the pool you need to pay to get in. Regardless if you’re staying at the hotel. If you breathe too hard you might have to pay a fee. There’s NO room service. If you forget a soap, tooth brush, etc- you need to pay for those things. If you’re expecting any “free” amenities, stay somewhere else. The bathrooms are not the cleanest. You may want to wipe it down before using

Terrible experience. I rebooked a smoking room and getting to the check in desk they told me there were no smoking rooms available. So they gave away my room ? Had to wait extremely long for a supervisor to come over to assist. And they upgraded me to a junior suite, room 560 in the atrium tower, stains all over the couch, stains all over the bathroom wall, stains on the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting. Will never be staying here again
