The only thing that really annoyed me is the very long check in lines...even at the express check in self service....they had 4 stations, 2 broke down. Then they have 6 empty concierge stations with only 2 employees working during the busiest time. Btw.... ALWAYS AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT @11AM. No need to stay on the long checkout lines. You're welcome

When I got there to check in I had to wait in line for an hour to check in and then they made a mistake and charge me $350 they fixed it eventually but it was definitely a inconvenience the fees and taxes was extremely high.
