Classic king room and the room was fine. Bathroom lighting was too dim for me. The mattress was absolutely horrible. We both barely slept because it was so uncomfortable. In the morning our bodies were sore from the bed. We wanted to stay in town longer but after one night we were so sore, tired and frustrated we just wanted to go home. Lack of signs in the entire building was a continuous problem. Had to ask for directions several times to everywhere. No signs for check in. No signs to the elevators to the rooms. Yes I’m exaggerating a little. There were signs but there were not enough and the signs they did have were not made for a 47yr olds eyes. I was confused the entire I was there. Normally, I’d think that was just me but my hubby was just as confused as I was. Thankfully Jo Koy show made up for the negatives. I definitely won’t stay at the Borgato again. The only thing I would recommend the Borgato for is the buffet. Everything’s delicious. Buffett food was cooked perfectly and there was a decent variety. No complaints about the Buffett!!
