The lift was not working so we had to use stairs to get to and from our room. Didn’t expect it to be so remote from Fort William. The restaurant attached lacked, breakfast was not enjoyable. New person not trained left on own to work with food costumers etc.

The Ambassador Hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and professional! The hotel is in a lovely locations, the rooms are all unique and have lovely views, comfortable beds, and luxury bedding. The restaurant is top notch!!!

The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.

Stunning location, hotel and staff. Lots of stairs and a long walk to the rooms if you have any mobility challenges but otherwise really lovely.
