Room was clean, but basic. Very thin walls/ceiling: could hear a great deal of what was going on in the room above us until late in the evening. Breakfast was ok; nicely presented, but rather tasteless in my opinion. Quite a few options though. The spa and gym was a real mixed bag. Yes they have a full gym, but all the equipment is very old and in a dire need of servicing: most cables have warped on the machines so they are uneven. Yes it has a decent size pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room, but sauna automatically turned itself off at 7pm even though the centre was open until 8pm. The hot tub was quite disgusting and very chemically. Steam room was quite good. Male changing rooms were filthy. Staff were pleasant enough, some very friendly. As with many hotels, they do not take cash, but they also do not take Amex, which is ridiculous for a supposed upmarket hotel. I won’t be returning.

Loved our stay. Great secure parking, striking reception and bar area, wonderful size room, lovely pool area and a fantastic equipped gym. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small improvements : 2 TVs and the remotes control both so they keep coming on, going off, volume not working spasmodically / can only mirror screen from an android phone. We used 2 cups for tea, left them on side when we went out and the cups were put in the dishwasher by the cleaner but we had to wash them up when we got back as had no other cups to replace them. The usb ports in the plugs didn’t work next to the bed. For a Hilton hotel the pillows were very poor quality. Honestly had a wonderful stay and all those things were small but maybe worth a mention as easily rectified x

The Hotel overall is nice. It's 10-12 minutes from thr city centre and King's College. Unfortunately, the Hotel is under construction and the dining area was closed off. Breakfast is decent, but limited compared to something like the St. Ermins in Westchester District, London.

Great hotel - it’s not central but if you have business in Cambridge’s west campus, it’s excellent. It’s about an horizon to walk its the centre of Cambridge, and the U1 and U2 busses plus a couple of others come out here. The hotel is well-kept, with a nice lobby fully of comfy seating and spots to get a bit of work done. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel, plus another cafe across the courtyard, along with a Sainsbury superstore. The rooms have small fridges, kettles and 2 bottles of still water daily. The rooms are quite pretty and spacious.

Breakfast is amazing! Services is great!
