The hotel has a 4 star rating, it is at best a 3. I arrived late at 9.15pm, there was no food offering which I expected however the bar had no crisps or snacks, missed opportunity. Priced at £168 this hotel was seriously overpriced. Toilet in my room wasn’t flushed from previous occupier. Only postive was breakfast, great offering and freshly cooked. The posting on Hotels.com stated parking available, this should be checked and qualified. The hotel only has spaces for 5 cars therefore you have to find alternative options. This should be made clear

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

What a great stay!! The hotel was easy to find and the arrangement for access to the hotel and the room was communicated very clearly before my stay. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch to have 2 bottles of fresh water left in the room. The owner was easy to get hold of and we made plans for parking close by on match day which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to be back there again soon!!

Perfect location and perfectly clean room. This is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. Only negative was that it could’ve done with a little fridge, and the shower/bath taps have a mind of their own, even with the instructions. Its a lovely hotel and would recommend staying here, thank you x
