The hotel was spotless, the rooms and bar area were fabulous and the staff were so friendly.

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen: dishwasher and washing machine (incl tumbler), iron + board, hand-vacuum, hairdryer, airer, nice toiletries, good TV, comfy bed. Very thoughtful touches: tabs for dishwasher/washing machine, salt & pepper, utensils. Location conveniently close to Festival shopping centre etc. Downside: FRI+SAT very noisy from pub garden opposite showing sports games, music until 3am. SUN ok. Monday 5:45am glass recycling pick-up followed by street cleaning machine (came by 5 times - also on Tuesday). Blackout blinds or curtains would be good. I would stay again. The feel was good.

Rooms were well kept. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was as expected.

My room was remarkable with a beautiful view of the area from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible. How are the washrooms see through!? If you are sharing with a friend or sometimes even a family member why would you want your shadow to be seen? Even with the odd "light switch which covers you" nothing is actually covered. I would NOT come back and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone else either.
