Clean Room

So so stay in hottest week of year. Room size good but design of room let it down. Restaurant not opened on Monday/Tuesday evening ( in a 4star hotel!) and bar in hotel disappointing. could not get room to a comfortable temp during whole stay, whatever we tried, and fan in room was completely useless.

Parking is a a= pain

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The staff are amazingly helpful, rooms beautiful & best location in the city!

Great stay! Great location with plenty of local bars and clubs. Very friendly staff. Lovely apartment and very clean. Pleasantly surprised by the kitchen utensils!

I’ve been stayed here when work in the North East for about twenty years. However, really gone down hill now and well worn. Added to which, the parking was previously included, now it’s over £20 a night - it’s Newcastle fgs. So that’s me done, and looking how quiet it was, I think many people feel the same. Adios Vermont, it was good, but no longer.
