Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very reasonably priced too. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is about 4km from Central Cambridge. There is a charge for parking, but it isn't unreasonable for people staying at the hotel. I paid £6 a night.

Great location, spacious, elevator and balcony. My low rating was it was not advertised on Hotels.com as being an a A frame loft bedroom with steep stairs to it. We are seniors and although we don't have restrictions we do have our preferences and lofts is not one of them. The owner was unable to provide us alternate accommodations...

It was a really great experience overall. The staff were helpful and attentive to needs. The check-in/check-out process was pretty smooth. the rooms and property were modern, clean and overall great. Location is perfect, being right on one of the main roads, but still having a bit of "hiddenness" was a boost. It didn't feel noisy being on the main road either. Food places are everywhere in Cambridge and particularly around the hotel property. It was my 5th visit to Cambridge and first time here, actually first time knowing about the property, and I was so pleased; it's definitely on my list to check out next time.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise, with a small but comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The bathroom was very good, again spotless, with lovely towels, and an excellent shower. Breakfast was cooked fresh, with reasonable choice, and very good service by pleasant staff. Indeed, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, which with the fairly central location in the city, was a big plus. I'd recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. He went away and returned stating he could not do anything as the manager wasn’t available, therefore, we had no option but to stay in rooms we had not booked. Shared kitchen was dismal, one mug for the whole 9 rooms, shared bathroom was unclean with poor shower, other shared bathroom was also unclean with a shower that did not work. Pub itself was ok, barman was as helpful as he could be but we would not return and would not recommend

Only concern. Room smells like cigarette smoke. Reported it to a staff member this morning but he didn’t seem to care.

Staff was very friendly and the location was really good.
