All was great for the price and the staff were really friendly. The staff warned us about the lift that was not working and even came to see if the room was ok which it was. The highlight was the walk along the river into the city and the breakfast from the place round the corner. We will stay again if in town.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Too close to busy, noisy road (A40) that was all night.
Bed too close to the floor about 18 inches high making it not the easiest to get out of. Whilst the bedding was clean it was of very poor quality .
No - one about at all so no refreshment facilities.
