Read some bad reviews so I was skeptical. This place was amazing! Huge and clean! Only bad thing was the drinks were expensive. But I was expecting that. Coming back in April!! I can't wait!!

"The Best Moms Get Away Ever!"
My experience at your resort was even better than I thought it would be. The suite was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff was nice and very helpful. I am currently looking into another stay at your resort, of course. That view was breathe taking and I can't wait to return. Hopefully I'll get an even better view. Thank You So Very Much P.S. Keep up the good work, I really enjoyed myself.

"The hotel close to boardwalk and outlet"
It's really nice hotel close to the beach and Boardwalk. I was check in like 4 PM all the staff was nice and helpful, But not a free Wi-fi you have to pay for $13/day. The room views can see the beach. Room was nice and clean. I went to hotel pool around 5:30 pm staff said "it will close soon" I should come before then cuz pool look nice next times will try. In door pool open 8 AM- 6 PM cost for swim $5.00/day. Lastly I would recommend to my friend to stay.

"Charming B&B near beach"
Our stay was brief—just one night—but planned that way. Carisbrooke Inn is a charming old home converted into a B&B. Its location a few miles south of the main boardwalk casino area means you will either need to drive into Atlantic City proper for the boardwalk experience or hoof it. If the weather is good and you are reasonably fit, walking is a good option. If weather is not so great, or you aren’t a fitness fanatic, prepare to spend some money to park in one of the many parking lots in Atlantic City; or walk to a Jitney pickup (they do not appear to go into Ventnor City, where the hotel is located). Inn staff were pleasant and professional in our brief interactions. The room we were in was on the small side, being on the top floor, and had a detached bathroom; this was not a serious problem, however, and overall the Inn was a good choice. The extremely soft mattress did make for a less than comfortable night’s rest, sadly, but every place has its mattress woes. If you want to stay somewhere close to Atlantic City without having to mortgage your home for a stay, you should consider Carisbrooke.

"Close to the boardwalk"
This place is a blockish away from the boardwalk and it is between bally's casino and the resorts casino. It's close enough to the attractions that you don't have to drive. It is definitely an older building. It needs to be remodeled. There is a small balcony if anyone needs to get some fresh air without leaving the building. We used the room solely for sleeping. Since the building is next to an abandoned parking lot, it feels unsafe. I was a little disappointed when I went downstairs for breakfast and nothing was restocked. It was about 9AM when I went downstairs to get some coffee. I wouldn't mind staying here if there were more perks.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
