This hotel is located in the best area…it’s walking distance to so much…the casino the aquarium the theater of course bourbon st and also it’s close to thw steamboat lunch or dinner cruise which is a must go if visiting New Orleans.

The Westin New Orleans
Stayed in King suite and it was clean and bed was comfortable. Room service was quick and food was good. Will stay here again. Convenient to French Market and short walks to everything.

Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. 3/4 of the elevators were not working for 75% of our visit (4 nights). Almost made us late to the event we were in town for and a complete mess. Hardly any support by the staff to help with this as well.
