This is definitely more of a vibes stay than a luxury stay. The hotel staff was amazing. The room floor was so unlevel our suitcase kept rolling into the walls. Our shower didn’t drain at all so showering was like a speed event to get done before it overflowed. The bed frame was definitely broken and we were kind of scared to move around too much for fear of it going to the floor in our sleep. There was so much dust/debris accumulated along the wall edges that we had to make sure we wore shoes anytime our feet were on the floor. The location was a plus, extremely close to everything but it almost wasn’t worth it for not being able to even enjoy being in our room.

Really close to French Quarter but away from the noisy part of it. Love the location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were big, and clean.

The staff was awesome! The room could have been a little bit cleaner for my preference!

The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.

The day staff Elaine was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The check in was very rushed. Evening staff very Unfriendly! The evening staff were not as accommodating as Elaine was to. The room was ok. There was a can up on the shelf in the bathroom closet. Wall socket to the refrigerator was broken and refrigerator was not working. The door leading to the hallway was slamming every time someone went in or out. Balcony was in need of repair.
