Did not have the room I booked but I enjoyed the stay

Overall, I was impressed with the room itself. It was very spacious. It came with a kitchen, which was necessary for me because I was traveling with my grandchildren. The checkout time is earlier than other places it was for 10 AM and I didn’t realize that until I was getting ready to leave. It was my birthday weekend and I was traveling with my grandchildren which makes navigating a little different the cost for a late check out is 150 and I decided to go ahead and do a late checkout because of the gravity of the situation when I pay the money, everything is virtual, you don’t talk to anyone face to face which I really did not like when you enter into the hotel there’s no one there to greet you. Everything is virtual. Some people may like it because they don’t have to deal with anyone, but I do like to be able to interact with other others after I paid the money. A person from the staff came in and yelled at us and said that we were supposed to be out. She further noted that she would be back in 10 minutes and we needed to be gone as I tried to call out to her she stormed out of the room and did not respond to anyone of us that was talking to her to let her know that we have paid the money when I spoke with someone they told me that they will call me back on Monday and which I never received the call and that they would’ve went in charge not once did they try to compensate me for being interrupted and late for my reservations that I had I would not go back because of that.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dauphine Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. They were able to check us in early, which made a huge difference after our travels. Our flight home wasn't until later in the day, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to relax by the pool after checkout and even gave us drink vouchers while we waited. Valet was even able to get us an HONEST taxi driver. That level of hospitality really made us feel valued as guests. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's customer service like this that makes a stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Dauphine Hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans!

I enjoyed all the outdoor amenities , like the pool, water playground, swim up bar, pool slide, lazy river, and park next door

We loved our stay at The eleanor! The unit was so clean, very spacious, and comfortable. I loved the charcuterie board they had for us in the refrigerator. Such a nice touch! The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk from anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again!

Perry is truly an asset to this property. He gives the best recommendations and my daughter and I enjoyed some great gumbo and Po Boys during our visit. It’s lovely to feel so welcome in New Orleans and I check to see if Hotel Royal has any openings every time I go there! Great parking, great room. Happy with everything!

Our stay was amazing!!

My husband & I have been taking our two young grandsons to the Marriott for the past few years to enjoy their children’s pool. They love it!!! and we love it because they can play & swim safely in the 2ft -3 ft pool. The hotel is in walking distance to the aquarium & the French quarter. We always book a suite with a living room for our grandsons to have room to play. The suites provide beautiful views of the Mississippi River. The hotel staff is very helpful & the hotel is always clean. We also purchase the M club for the convenience of having a good breakfast & dinner in the hotel with snacks & drinks available 24.
