Convenient to restaurants and Bourbon Street and Jackson Square the Riverwalk, the aquarium everything is in walking distance. Just plan to pay for a parking garage or valet.

Bad Check-in

Room was paid for via gift card prior to travel. Apon checking in, front desk clerk charged my personal card for full nights stay, which froze my funds for 3 days. Huge inconvenience which resulted in my family and I having to eat at the hotel and cancel our planned dinner reservations.. Mgr did provide us a with room service, but after the mandatory gratuity it was not adequate. Please properly train your staff so this does not happen to another family!
