Everything was great except - there is no EV charger as stated on the Expedia website. Having an EV charger was the main reason I booked this property. It was almost a disaster for me as I was down to 30 available miles when I arrived. The other thing I noticed is that when I was seated in the restaurant for desert and coffee, despite the restaurant being empty but reserved for "diners' they seated me at a table by the street entrance. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew and mold at that spot. But everything else was fabulous. Room was great. Staff, especially the front desk was great too. I'd stay again when I return to New Orleans.

Overall the property was nice and the staff was great. Only downside was the pool. It was smaller than the photos and very very dirty. There were bandaids in the pool, hair, and the pool scoop was dirty and brown.

Everything we needed and more!!

Hands down best stay we have had in NOLA! From the front desk valet restaurant bar cleaning service everyone and everything was top notch!! We ran the Saints 5k and went to the Saints game the location was perfect for walking! The convenience of a nice bar and restaurant right inside the lobby was priceless!!

Overall great hotel. Very professional staff. Easy to work with. Only issue is housekeeping bothers you very early in the morning. A light tap on the door and then they just come in. I had two different people walk in on me while I was sleeping. It was barely 8am.

It's an excellent hotel no doubt but to me it seemed something as basic as drinking water was a problem. No water available within the room (except for the $10 one in the minibar) and no water filter of any kind elsewhere. This is a luxury hotel I understand but something as fundamental as that should not be an issue.

We had an amazing stay!! The room was clean and so spacious!! It was the perfect location to everything!! We walked to Bourbon Street and yet it was far enough away from the noise. I will definitely stay here again!!

we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Christopher and Dante made sure from the minute we walked in we were taken care of! We had a nightmare of a day travelling being delayed by over 8 hours and we were just done with our trip before it even started . the minute we arrived things turned around and I am truly thankful for all the staff but these two gentlemen were the ones who met us on arrival and changed the direction of our entire trip with their smiles and wonderful service!
