enjoyed our stay /enjoyed being in walkable distance to historic attractions, museums, music and all. The hotels "joieful gift cards " offering discounts to book "experiences" were a nice touch and encouraged exploration--although we did had already booked some tours and didnot get chance to use most of the cards.

The manager at that location was rude and nasty. My friend got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes and the way he spoke to her afterwards and tried to dismiss her was unforgivable. For that alone, I will never stay in that hotel again. It’s a shame because it’s a good hotel with a Majority of wonderful people working in it. That manager will cause me to never step foot in there again.
