A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back

Checked in late on my own with toddler. Receptionist was there and very helpful and friendly but when I got to the room I wanted more pillows to pad the edge of the bed so my daughter wouldn’t fall out. Called reception there was no answer. Toddlers are too big for cots and too small to sleep in a bed without a guard rail.
