Villatuerta Vacation Packages

This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!

Limited community before arrival- no on site staff at all so a code was needed to access both the building and the room but worked all okay. Absolutely no WiFi- I WhatsApp messaged and was told they would be fixing it, sadly didn’t happen. Only stayed for 1 night so was okay for what we needed. The town however was amazing!

If you want quiet, this is it! You may have to ask for directions as our GPS gave up in the end, telling us to walk. Once pointed in the right direction, it was all good.

Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht. De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd.
