"Anniversary relaxation getaway"
Redac is our hotel of choice... If we need a last minute day away from home and our regular routines this is always a good choice. Staff is friendly and always remembers us. We usually get the regular standard room but it was a fancy day so I had to upgrade to a suite and there was no disappointments. Not the first time and definitely won't be the last they see us.

"Nice hotel close to LAX and the beach."
Stayed at this hotel last November and enjoyed it so much we came back. Good sized rooms close to lots of basic amenities and the beach. Lax is a short drive away and while it's the wrong side of Los Angeles proper (further down the coast) the atmosphere at nearby Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach more than make up for the drive to Hollywood. If you like LA by the beach this is the place for you.

"Quiet hotel, next to Walmart"
Stayed for a day before moving to a BnB. Usual Extended Stay comfort and convenience I have come to take for granted. I have a sensitive stomach, so their kitchen is always handy. Walmart being nearby helped. I did not have a car, so I could just walk to Walmart and get a gallon of drinking water.

"Short stop on a long vacation."
I wanted to stay somewhere close to my cousins near Cypress. This hotel was close and was at a reasonable price, plus it was completely renovated and under new ownership which hooked me as a bunch of hotels around the area were very worn down and scary looking. The room was awesome and was very comfortable. I was able to check in but no one was available when I checked out but I had paid everything already so it wasn't that bad. I would return again if there are no changes to the current ownership and cleanliness.

"Quiet getaway vacation"
We stayed here on a short summer vacation. I loved the quiet and attractive room and comfortable beds. I really liked the size of the hotel - small but comfortable. Loved the location - close to beaches and marina and walking distance to Redondo Landing. Loved it - would stay again!

"Nice hotel, layout reminded us of Pulp Fiction"
Pros: The room was nice, we had a balcony, a frig, a kitchen which we didn't use, but might have been nice. The beds were comfy, I liked the environmentally friendly soap dispensers in the shower, there was a couch that was comfy and cool too, parking was easy, Wi-Fi was fairly straight forward, two sets of stairs and an elevator. Con: Really the only complaint about this place I have is the breakfast. It had pastries, juice, coffee, and cereal. Just including some fruit (like apples or bananas) would bump this place up to 5 stars all around for me.

"Great location! Great hotel!"
This was my first visit to the Portofino in Redondo Beach. I wanted something near the marina so that we would have lots of exciting things to do. Nothing about our weekend stay disappointed! The Portofino is not a cheap place to stay. But you pay for the location of being right on the water (marina and harbor, not ocean front) and for the conveniences. The parking is really expensive, in my opinion, and we didn't even bother with the restaurant Baleen because of the price (we were a party of 4, including teenagers). We found cheaper places to eat in Hermosa or a quick drive to your favorite fast food spot. Olympus Paddle Boards was the cheapest place to rent stand up paddle boards and they meet you really close to the hotel. Sport fishing is also right out of the marina near the hotel and we took the Redondo Special. Lots of fish caught and lots of fun. Free bike rentals make getting around so much fun.

Torrance is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Torrance, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Torrance hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
