The rooms are small. The bathroom does not lock and you can see through the space of the doors. There is no fan in the exhaust bathroom. The AC is loud, The AC leaked water all over the floor. The water was soaking wet and got my bag and personal items wet. It was just more than condensation, it seemed like it was leaking. We went for the breakfast buffet in the morning (the food was good). But the security guard was literally watching us like we were going to steal something and didn’t belong and this after confirming our room and giving our vouchers to the waiting staff.

First time at this hotel and first time in California. The property was easily located and near LAX. Free shuttle to and from the hotel was nice. For your convenience there is a McDonalds on the left and a Starbucks on the right. Both short walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC froze up, so they were able to put us in another room quickly. No waiting. There was protesting at 6am Saturday morning right outside the main entrance which was an inconvenience. Wish we were comped for something bc of that, but we weren’t. There is a car rental lot on the premises which was great! Great rates and super nice owner. I had two meals from the hotel kitchen. Breakfast and dinner. Weren’t great. French toast was plain. Thought it would’ve been brioche bread or thick bread like Texas toast. Just regular bread cut into 4 triangles. No cinnamon or powdered sugar. For dinner I tried the pork belly tacos. Wasn’t even pork belly. Not hot when arrived to my room either. Other than that the stay was nice all together.

I love it's location, there are multiple walkable food chains options, it is family friendly and very quiet. I just dislike the fee they charge for their parking garage, $55/night plus tax, that surprised me, I've never pay for hotel parking before.

I wasn’t really happy. First time I’ve ever seen a Hilton Hotel that doesn’t have a safe in the room. It’s right next to the airport you think people traveling would like to lock up their things while they’re out.

Wonderful staff, easy check in, really clean hotel and room. Starbucks right next door and a very close walk to Subway, and other quick food options. Great stay overall. The only thing that wasn’t great, was that the pipes in my bathroom were emitting a weird smell. I had to keep my bathroom door closed.
