Clean, nice, professional and helpful staff. All of our needs were immediately handled by the friendly staff, either in person at the desk or via their convenient text messaging service. Pool was too hot (heated) sadly for a trip in August but drinks were good, coffee downstairs was good, housekeeping was on it! When we needed the shower drain cleared, it was handled asap while we were out for the day. Access to public transportation was a breeze. No hiccups. Would def stay there again.

I loved this hotel. I will book again. It was clean and I felt safe knowing you could only access certain parts with a key card. The valet parking was very convenient and it was walking distance from the walk of fame.

When we got our room upgrade we didn't realize we would get a killer view on the 20th floor of the Hollywood sign itself, in the hills above the city. It was a complete knockout, and we loved the whole experience. The restaurant is also terrific and the grilled chicken sandwich was a total tour-de-force (can you say "Cheese Skirt"?).

I like the view and the room size, it was clean and all the things that i needed for my day was available. But the main issue was the bathroom, there was no fan and air cycling and also smell bad and stinky from the first day that we start staying in the room till the day that we left.

We were given a 10 am check in which was phenomenal, and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon before heading to the Hollywood Bowl in the evening, a 20 minute walk.
