Couldn't get checked in because of poor communication on company policies. Couldn't get refund and was lied to by employees about which companies are in charge of refunds. Had a giant cockroach run right by my foot onto the wall in the motel lobby.

Great value

This facility exceeds expectations. Clean, spacious, functional. Very close to the airport. Great location if you are attending an event at the Kia or Sofi venues. The parking lot here is way cheaper than in the rest of the hotels and it’s enclosed. Only sort of complaint is that the maid didn’t attempt to clean the room like ever. I don’t really mind, but I wish I had a way to at least get rid of the smelly trash. Also, no spoons available. Not even for sell. The mattress is worn as well, but survivable. If I ever return to Inglewood, I’ll definitely book here again.

Hotel staff were nice and the room was clean. It was slightly smelly, but we left the fan on and it was tolerable. The biggest bummer was they didn’t have a late check out option. 4/5 stars.
