I called downstairs for the bellboy to come get our luggage and they never showed up so I went there and grabbed a dolly to do it myself and because it was after 11 o’clock my room was locked so I had to go back downstairs. Have them unlock my room And the bellboy said they never received the message to get the luggage. Very frustrating.

Close to airport but far from everything else and not many places nearby to get food. Had to pay to check in couple of ours early which most hotels don’t make you do. Even after we paid we ended up with a room with a window you couldn’t close and then had to move rooms as the guy who came to fix it couldn’t.
