Comfortable night

We only stayed for the night to sleep after a long day of traveling. It was comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is poor, dim, not good for makeup application. Light in the bedroom much better. Reception area very nice, front desk check-in and out friendly and courteous. Overall it was good for a night stay, conveniently close to the airport and safe parking lot.

I was initially checked into a room without working water, a working phone, nor a shower curtain. I had to return downstairs with all my belongings to be moved to another room with functional amenities. Although it’s close to the airport, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Parking is almost $80 per night as well, which is ridiculous!

The staff was very friendly. Got my renovation from Travelocity no Continental breakfast included or parking which was very expensive. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay $36.00 for a breakfast buffet which was really what seem to be their continental since everyone was eating from it. I also feel that paying $65.00 a day to park and having to ride around for 5 minutes or more to find a spot to park was exhausting.

DIRTY

I needed to ask for refrigerator so many time for my medication and until I spoke with a manger I finally received it 6 hour after my check in. The bathroom and shower is DIRTY, I almost slipped in the bathtub from the soap and dirt. I used towel to stand on and didn't touch the dirty wall.
