Amazing hotel, well worth its high rating. We stayed in a corner king room, which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to ferries, the harbor, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. If anything could be improved, it would be cleaner carpets, but overall this was an excellent stay and a perfect base for exploring Sydney.

My four days at Four Seasons Sydney was perfect! Few understand hospitality like the Four Seasons. Front desk and housekeeping was attentive and seamless. The only areas that could use improvement are service at buffet breakfast - have to look for people to do coffee and waters and orders did not go smoothly, and bellmen and front door were inconsistent - from fantastic to meh. I did not dine here outside of breakfast, which was solid but not overly memorably for this class of hotel. Location is convenient to touristy activities and could not ask for more dining and shopping options. Overall very good and lives up to the FS name. The property is a wee bit older but well kept, and gym is decent, and pool is lovely. A wonderful stay.

Great location in the rocks, walkable to the Sydney opera house, harbor bridge and botanical gardens. Our room was spacious and we had great views (floor 21). Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We didn’t eat in the hotel but can highly recommend the 4 seasons.

Great hotel right in the Rocks area. One step to Circular Quay and the fantastic new Sydney trams on George Street. Lots of dining choices available within walking distance.
