Lovely staff. Great brewery nice restaurant with great staff. Room; nice and clean, the bathroom is somewhat outdated and shower is under powered. Our room had a loud banging every so often not sure where it was coming from but was quite annoying. Overall a nice place to stay.

Staffs are super friendly and responsive. However the hotel charged me on my credit card upon checking in despite I have already paid via Expedia. Though the refund was soon credited to my card after contacting the hotel via Expedia, the amount was ~SGD100 short due to exchange rates and transaction fees etc.

We have stayed at Rydges World Square many times. It has a great location and the rooms are quiet and clean. The staff are helpful. This time I gave a lower rating because I feel that the hotel is becoming worse for wear and poorer value for money. The carpets in the corridors are definitely looking shabbier although the rooms are clean. Also the price has risen and we were asked if wanted to cancel our room servicing - we were only staying two nights - i.e. one day's service which cost over $700.00. Parking is another inflated expense. Still happy with the hotel, but after staying there many times we feel it is deteriorating and poorer value for money. We parked nearby for a fraction of the cost.
