The room was like a furnace! The Dyson fan really inadequate and just circulated hot air. The shower room was gloomy and poorly lit. The shower cubicle was cleanish but really needed replacing. The cleaner was fighting a losing battle with crumbling surround and broken shower hose.
Basically the concept is good but needs updating and AC in the summer now that climate change really seems to be taking hold. The staff were really helpful and efficient but they couldn’t make it any cooler!!

A quiet hotel a short walk from the main shopping area. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as it was £10pp to use the pool.

Not a clean property and very much in need of a refurb. Lots of dirt, hairs in the bathroom, thick dust and grime. Lots of the appliances were in need of replacing, second bathroom sink hanging off the wall, tap in kitchen about to come off, mattresses were absolutely awful.
Property was very noisy also
