Lovely stay, a few miles from the town centre. I think about 3 miles, so the only downside was we wanted to book a taxi in for 4 people at 6:30 pm and local taxi firms wanted £45 one way. £15 a mile! I dont think so. Not the hotels fault, but the two companies recommend are taking the ....

We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. The small touches are what makes this hotel a special one. The bar downstairs proved popular to watch the world cup and we appreciated the hospitality during the evening. Breakfast was cooked to order and taken on the deck. The swimming pool was excellent. Car parking is easy and plentiful. One small point is that we would have appreciated a fan in our room which was very hot. Given the extremely high temperatures we are all experiencing it might be something to consider for the future. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine and of a very high standard.

The elevator broke down before we went. Body wash didn’t get topped up. Housekeeping once every three days unless on request. No air conditioning, a problem in summer. A heater and fan provided in the room.

TotALY perfect . Lots of communication .Easy check in . Gorgeous room . Delicious Pie ( it was Friday ) and veg . Breakfast was perfectly cooked. We took a walk and lost our way which was also perfect . Cant wait to go back

Service excellent with high ratio of staff to guests. Enjoyed all food including light bites served outside or in beautiful sun lounge with sea views. Only downside in a heat wave, the bedrooms aren’t air conditioned but fans are provided.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed in! We had a great time - the rooms are stunning, there is so much to do around the property and yet, it was peaceful and intimate at the same time. Highly recommend having all your meals there - the food and staff were a big highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!
