There was no one the front desk and the only number they gave was unable to take calls! We were badly stranded after a exhausting journey. After a long wait, had no choice but to search for another hotel. The staff on duty never responded to our messages through Expedia forum. Will avoid this place for all times ahead!

Stench in the shower/toilet cubicle. Not sure that 'soundproofed' rooms should be in the description. Despite trying every combination of the shower mixer, I had to endure a freezing cold shower Otherwise the place could be described as just functional.
