Pitlessie Vacation Packages

This was a great place to stay bc we were right in the middle of the town. The room was clean however the bed mattress was too hard making it uncomfortable to sleep and the washer to do laundry wasn’t working . The stairs were really a pain . But overall it was fine to stay at . Noise level was low and everything you need was there

Great place to stay near everything

The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.

Upon arrival and repeatedly ringing the doorbell, another guest staying at the property finally let us in. We sat in the lobby for over one hour calling the phone number for the property provided by Expedia only to get a response of “we are not available “. We then called Expedia and got nothing but excuses, transferred and put on hold. The guest that let us in, came back to check on us. He had the same issue and a gave us a different phone number to call, Finally, a lady came down and got us in a room, Once in the room which was in the basement, there were no bath towels or supplies. Due to the late hour and traveling for over 24 hours with no transportation, we were stuck. Shame on Expedia for the way we were treated on the phone. This property should be taken off their website as it was disgusting. I use Expedia all the time to book packages. However, this has been a defining moment in our relationship and if compensation is not made, we will most likely break up.
