Overall decent stay with great location in Leith. Only 1 con, I contacted the team during our stay via WhatsApp on how to troubleshoot the towel warmer rack in the bathroom and did not get a reply.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and a nice atmosphere, breakfast was one of the best I've had. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble. The views are exceptional, just wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent location with good transport links and close to Leith Walk with its pubs, bars and restaurants. Host Hilary is very friendly and helpful plus lovely continental breakfast too! Would definitely recommend!

Here's a draft review: Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. The moment I stepped out of the cab, Edinburgh Castle was right there in view, and it's an easy walk from the hotel. The National Galleries, the Scott Monument, and plenty of shopping, dining, and coffee spots are all within walking distance too. When I wanted to venture further out, the tram stop was close by (just head toward "Airport"). The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, and my room was beautiful. I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant more than once — the food was delicious and it was so convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Edinburgh, with great service and a beautiful room to come back to. Want me to adjust the tone (more casual/more formal) or add the hotel name?

A beautiful way to stay and explore Leith and Edinburgh. A lovely staff, and clean and very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
