City Hotel Luton
No air conditioning, light in bedroom didn’t work. No window so no air, given one pillow which was so flat I might aswell not had one. Was given a disabled room so shower was just wet room. Room was so claustrophobic and the fire alarm lit up the whole room so couldn’t sleep properly.

This is a halfway house for druggies! We had 5 rooms for workers and they refused to stay another night!! First night one of the guys had a spaced out girl just randomly come in to his room and sat on his bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The bedroom was horrible, a room adapted for disabled people, the carpet appears old and dirty. We are not disabled and we're very disappointed with the room.
