Great Staff, but Room Arrangements Could Be Better

I stayed at the Moxy with my family, and while the hotel experience had some challenges, I must highlight how cooperative and genuinely helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Their positive attitude made a difficult situation much easier. 1. Room Arrangement I had booked two rooms and specifically requested them to be connecting—or at least close together—since I was traveling with small children. Unfortunately, the rooms provided were far apart. The staff acknowledged my concern and did their best, eventually offering me a larger room to help us manage. However, the second room I had booked was not refunded, which was quite disappointing and left me feeling the policy was unfair. 2. Service & Effort Despite the setback, the staff remained courteous, patient, and proactive. They genuinely tried within the limits of what they could do, and I sincerely appreciated the way they handled the situation. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out more than anything else. 3. Facilities & Atmosphere The hotel has a modern, fun, and vibrant atmosphere. The lobby and common spaces are stylish and lively, making it a trendy place to stay. The location is also convenient for exploring the area. Overall While the booking and room allocation process was not ideal, the helpfulness of the staff made the experience much more positive. With better management flexibility—especially around room allocation and refund policies—Moxy could offer a smoother and more family-friendly

Really clean hotel with very helpful staff. Loved the entertainment in main area such as pool table, foosball table, Photo Booth etc. Some required a small fee. Lots of options to dine around the area. Excellent location. A great stay and would definitely return. Thank you Moxy.

Fantastic stay, great staff. Ala, the team manager and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Lovely to see happy staff who enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Ala, as soon as he greeted us and heard that we were Welsh, he actually said a few Welsh words to us! Very impressive 😃 Great hotel and very relaxing, in the centre of the hub.
