Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

The property needs a renovation for sure. But other then that everything else is perfect..great shows, delicious food, clean rooms, friendly staff.. barcelo is the best!

Worst experience ever I have been traveling for over 30 years and by far this is the worst experience ever. Property was pretty outdated and dirty. When I got to my room the door was open and a cart with tools outside left unattended an Extractor on the sink and dirty all over the floor. There was a big line for breakfast with very little choices of food, I decided to go with chilaquiles which happened to be soggy and flavor less. To top it off every morning right about 8am construction began right outside my window and I thought I was going to rest because I was on vacation, honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy if I had one. Last comment take this comments under consideration and don’t believe those people who rate this 10/10 apparently first time out of the house make sure you spend more money but at least you won’t regret it like I did
