We stayed at NYLO for a combination of work and fun. The vibe there was conducive to both. Great lobby area with bar, nice clean modern rooms. Small rooms, but that's to be expected in NY. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a minute (and I'm a pretty tough customer)!

Comfortable and clean hotel, excellent location for transport, near Central Park, shops and places to eat around the corner. Room was small but very clean. Could hear noise from corridor but not other rooms. Would stay again.

My family was in NY for a week and the Lucerne turned out to be a great location from which to see everything. With Central Park nearby we spent our evenings enjoying the neighborhood and taking leisurely walks around. During the day it was convenient to hop on the subway and take it to all the bustle of Times Square, Soho, Chelsea, and everywhere else. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but when we were there, it was comfortable clean and quiet.

Overall, the experience was exactly as I imagine a weekend getaway to be. The hotel was beautiful and the room extremely comfortable, with a great outdoor pool with a poolside cabana grill for food and drinks. There was plenty to do for the weekend and we didn't want to leave.

A pleasant village in the wooded suburbs of New York City, Nyack is small-town America at its finest. Poised on the west bank of the Hudson River 25 miles from Midtown, its historic avenues teem with galleries, antiques, and fine restaurants. In addition to nightclubs and live theater, visitors can experience Nyack's rich arts culture at summer concerts in the birthplace of artist Edward Hopper.
