Hôtel fantastique pour personne seule ou en couple. Chambres propres, lits confortables, installations neuves, propres bien entretenues, personnel attentionné. L’espace commun à l’entrée avec son service de café et de bar 24/7 est vraiment accueillant. J’ai tout aimé!

Employees were extremely helpful. The hotel is located in the city centre next to the tram station. Quiet in the evening as the street is accessible only to locals.

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist.
Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water.
Centrally located to everything one needs to see.

There is an underground parking if front of the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking owners to reserve spaces and discount daily parking costs.
