Very professional and warm staff. Colin ran my bag up to my room probably and explained the breakfast system and connected me to a fantastic walking tour. The lounges and dining rooms for both the main building in mine were comfortable and generous with complimentary items. Great state in Derry!!

A good stay at the City Hotel Derry. Nice breakfasts on each morning and a decent room which was clean and comfy !

Such a kind and lovely staff and such a luxurious place to stay with family. The staff was attentive and helpful and we enjoyed amenities of this hotel.

Very nice old fashioned place with plenty of character. John is very welcoming.

The room was spotless and spacious. The only drawback was, it was at the front and the traffic could be heard passing through the night. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellant and set you up for the day ahead. We only used the bar on our first night for an evening meal. The food was very good and the Guinness hit the spot. All in all a very good hotel and would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant even when the hotel was so busy.
