Checked into their recently renovated tower Panema. Large spacious room with great views. The other tower Masquerade. Also has amazing views of the strip. Those tower rooms. Will be renovated next. Good place. Been there many times.

Overpriced rip off.

Absolutely loved this place! We got checked in; the host was wonderful and communicated very well. She let us know where to find everything and all the fun perks we had. This hotel provides games [to be checked out from front desk] game room, pool, fitness room, and even a movie theater you can reserve for you and your family with a huge selection of various movies to watch! The rooms were very spacious and very well maintained, stocked with everything in the kitchen. We loved the pool area; it was very well maintained and tidy. Thank YOU!

Frustrated with their early check in fees especially when it is clear rooms are available. Then keeping your bags at the bell desk was annoying as you had to go to registration and wait in line to get them to call someone to show up at the bell desk. Overall the staff felt very bureaucratic and ridged in their service.

Very clean

Great hotel. Excellent location. Lovely pool area. Will be back next year for sure. Nice staff quick and easy check in. However, the only thing I would change would be that a room key is used to access the room floors in the lifts as the hotel is open for people to enter. She you all next year
