The hotel was very clean and was up to date with modern finishes.

Very disappointed with the lack of privacy. Housekeeping entered our room before our checkout time without knocking or announcing themselves. We were still occupying the room, and this made us extremely uncomfortable. Staff should always knock before entering an occupied room. The property should also provide an inside lock and/or a clear “Do Not Disturb” sign so guests can feel secure and have their privacy respected. I hope management addresses this issue so it does not happen to another guest.

This place is clean and as described. I am very happy with my stay at landing.

Beautiful property swimming was amazing. Everything was super clean. The unit we stayed in was nice except both of the toilets didn’t flush well. The lazy river is exceptional, but the tubes are not. They’re too small to comfortably sit in and rest back as an adult. Bring your own. We went on September 1 and they had already closed down many of the daily activities and the bar at the pool, which was a big disappointment. It was still 100° outside, so it was clearly still summer for many of us. But overall, it was an amazing place to go for a little vacation.
