A good sized room with a handy private balcony as a great addition. Great cooking and kitchen facilities. Generally clean other than shower drain which was black. Friendly, helpful staff. Just an issue with the Expedia booking and having to prove that I had paid with my credit card statement. Expedia -please address this as it slowed down my check in.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. It was also good to have organic supermarket near by. The hotel is very stingy about toilet paper. Whenever asked for a refill, we were given a roll that was more than halfway used and even the original role that had been placed in our room was close to being done. It was annoying to have to keep going downstairs requesting for a new role, only to be provided with a used role that’s more than halfway used.

The hotel was perfect! It is like almost 30 minutes walking distance to Duomo Milan which I loved because it gives me the chance to walk all around the city. The place was very clean, many restaurants options around! The area was safe and quite! There is a market close to it in case you want to make some grocery shopping! I loved the stay! Well recommended

Lovely hotel in Milan

This hotel was nice and in a good location! A great stay overall. I would recommend others to read the emails sent in advance in regards to check in details which is done online and details are shared on how to access the building and your room. This can catch you out if arriving out of hours if there is no one on the desk to help!

It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!

This was a beautiful apartment and had a washing machine! I did not like the location- about a 15 min walk from the metro and very residential. This is my bad, I was looking at the wrong airport when I booked this room thinking we were close to the international airport but it’s a smaller airport, just in case anyone has the same inclination. One thing I didn’t like about this project property is all of the technology involved in checking in. Basically was asked to not talk to the reception people. I will say that when I did speak to them, they were very nice. Also- this hotel is not very accommodating, they charge for early check-in which is something we did not experience anywhere else in Italy.

Overall, very nice, comfortable apartment in Milan. The location is fairly convenient but not central to many of the attractions. However, convenient access to the tram is available. There are no instruction for using any of the appliances (stove, washing machine) or controlling the heat and the controls are not intuitive. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided some assistance but this should be unnecessary with a few instructions. Not sure if I would stay again but it is a nice apartment building if you prefer this location.

My experience at the Sonder hotel was disappointing. My daughter had an accident that prevented her from leaving the room on time, and the supervisor, Federica, tried to charge us much more than the normal rate for a night, taking advantage of the situation. In the end, she unjustly charged us for an extra night without even asking about the reason for the delay. I found this very inconsiderate and poor customer service. I hope they improve in the future.
