The hotel itself was ok, however the blind was hanging off, floor was dirty The outside area around the property was very good, the train station was pretty close as was the shops

Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.

We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

The staff was great I came early and they held my bags while I went shopping

Lovely big room, everything I needed. Love the fridge in the room, the lush dressing gowns, efficient shower and comfortable bed. I was staying over because it is close to the Nuffield Hospital, and found it very convenient.
