Super super clean hotel . Iv stayed with them previously when they were called studio B and they literally stepped up everything else. Wish they still had the ducks to give away and the food options in the restaurant were larger late night but everything else is stellar. Large rooms, comfortable, great service can’t say enough great things about this place

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent hotel reservation made through your platform. Reservation Details: - Confirmation Number: 72065889183710 - Hotel Name: Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney springs area - Check-in Date: 9/14/2025 - Check-out Date: 9/17/2025 Upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the accommodations did not match what I had booked. Specifically, I booked an Executive Suite, 1 King bed with sofa bed, non smoking city view that was not available at check in. Instead I received Standard, 2 queen bed, city view. This situation has caused significant inconvenience during my stay. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking a refund as there is a need to book reservations at another hotel. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Such an amazing hotel. The location is a 10+ within walking distance to Disney Springs! The hotel had wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, the pool bar was great and the DJ made it all the more fun! The gym was super clean and they have free morning yoga classes!! Would recommend it to anyone!!
