Bastante bien hotel, buenos lugares para comer o pasar el rato. Además de buena localización, bastante tranquilo.

Club 89 is not a thing anymore. Do not spend the extra $$ for the experience. Restaurants closed on days for dinner when they are supposed to be open (frustrating for the all inclusive package). Wish these details were included on the website so we could plan our stay better. Had no idea what the all inclusive package included until arrival.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were placed in the wrong room, and the room had a very strong, unpleasant smell. There was no AC, the elevators were not working, and overall, we did not feel very comfortable or safe staying there. We booked through Expedia and were supposed to have a room with a minibar, but because they kept placing us in different rooms, we were not receiving the amenities that we had originally booked and paid for. The rooms also did not have refrigerators or irons. The safe in our room was broken, and the towels were stained and looked dirty. If you plan on staying here, I would definitely recommend bringing your own iron and possibly a small cooler. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was also very frustrating. The employee, Viridiana, was very condescending and dismissive when we tried to address our concerns. We also asked if we could stay an additional night, and instead of really trying to help us or providing us with the available room options and rates, we were simply given prices without much explanation. It did not feel like she was genuinely trying to assist us. The food was also very mediocre. For an all-inclusive resort, we were surprised to find stations and areas where guests were being charged separately for certain items. I do want to give credit where it is deserved, though.
