The hotel charge everything separate, you are supposed to wear a bracelet even if you did not buy the all inclusive, if you lost it they will charge almost 50 usd for a plastic wristband replacement, the room amenities were not filled up daily (shampoo, water) the restaurant staff never told us there was a buffet available for purchase, the staff was not helpful at all, the towels were not replaced all of our stay.

El Cid Moro needs to remodel. It’s so outdated and old. Needs improvement on cleaning. Customer service is alright i guess
Not all employees are friendly. Definitely not returning to this place.

We had mold in our bathroom and no hot water. We reported and they did change our room.
