We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

Lovely big room, everything I needed.
Love the fridge in the room, the lush dressing gowns, efficient shower and comfortable bed.
I was staying over because it is close to the Nuffield Hospital, and found it very convenient.
