Reception was difficult to find as sign outside pointed towards lifts where only one worked and was very busy/slow. Room was nice but was felt thin so heard lots of noise especially early hours of morning.

The hotel was close to everything I needed to explote London, very central and easy to access. The size of my room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious amd fresh made daily. I would definitely stayed here again

Internet was good,room stayed warm. An overall good experience but for the fact tat we were told our payment did not include breakfast after the fact. In this respect Ibis at Charles de Gaul France is better.

We stayed here before a flight. The staff were very nice and the eating options were good. There is a pool, sauna, steam room and gym which we made use of. If staying overnight before a flight again then I will definitely stay here.
