I had a really lovely stay here last night. Michael welcomed me warmly and showed me up to a lovely, bright, comfortable room. The bed was really comfy and it was so quiet, I slept really well. Everything was super clean. As a single person travelling for work I usually don't choose to stay in someone’s home but the reviews swayed me and I’m glad they did. I definitely hope to come back. Thank you Michael and Gene.

My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

Type of room we booked was not available so we were given another room upon check-in. The room was noisy due to the tubes passing every fee minutes. We could not sleep more than 2 hours so requested to move rooms the following day. We received written confirmation this would happen and when we returned later in the day into a new room as promised, we were told the other room had been given to another guest. This was late evening so no other rooms available and we booked into another hotel rather than get no sleep. The desk staff said they could do nothing to help us and to return the following day to speak to management even though we had to go to another hotel 20 minutes away by tube. This was not an option for us due to flight times.

Centrally located to Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Rooms are small but otherwise very nice. The AirCon is strong and reliable which is becoming more important.

Great location, with helpful staff and nice facilities

I was an hour late for my check-out and was charged a nominal amount which was a disappointing end

Room should be serviced everyday water in room should replaced without asking each day especially given hot weather - staff provided when asked
