Great place, superb quirky, and right in the middle of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in procedure not explained prior to arrival. People queued and then were told at the front of the queue to scan a QR code and input their data and ID info and then had to queue again. Given we stayed on the weekend of Manchester defby this took around 30-45 mins. We were rhen allocated block 2, separate to the hotel which was not explained in description or booking confirmation. This was fine for my partner and I but the ground floor of block two was unstaffed and eerily quiet, Overall good stay, check in pricedure could be streamlined by sending check in info by email prior to arrival.

Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Mini break away for my mum and I as we were attending a concert in Manchester. This place is fabulous! Great location. The staff here are all brilliant and very welcoming. From the staff on front desk to the staff in the restaurant we want to say a massive thank you for how wonderful you all have been! Our room was excellent and the pool/ hot tub was such a treat. Unfortunately no steam room due to maintenance issue but it didn’t matter as the rest of the facilities were lovely ! 100% recommend :))
