This was the perfect choice for me to spend two nights. Location couldn't be better. The room was spotless Breakfast was self serving and a wonderful choice The AC WAS PERFECT for this hot season. The staff was very friendly and helpful Walking distance to everything and a bus to the cathedral right outside the door The metro is across the street. Who could ask for more

Terrible. Very disappointed with this stay. We dealt with disruptive noise every night and could barely sleep. I reported it to the front desk the first day, but management never followed up nor took action. At checkout, I was told I should have complained again—management should have addressed the issue instead of expecting guests to repeatedly chase them. I was also told they would charge me because their detergent could not remove makeup from the linens. Poor management, poor service, and unacceptable standards. The hotel is next door to a huge cemetery.

The château was absolutely beautiful, the online photos truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property itself is expansive, with so much to explore. The food was also excellent, and the Michelin-starred dining experience was truly memorable, especially eating al fresco next to a château. The pool was another highlight and the perfect place to relax and escape the August heat. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would definitely return the next time I’m in Provence.

Always leery booking something in another country. Our 2 bedroom suit was great. Perfect location; great staff. Definitely recommend it.
