The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

An absolutely charming stay right in the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the property is very well kept; it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was amazing; and the dinner in the restaurant should not be missed. This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items.
